Return & Refund Policy

Custom-made products

Please note that most of our products are made to order based on the customer's specifications (size, color, configuration).

According to EU consumer protection laws, custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Therefore:

• Custom-sized curtain rods and made-to-order items cannot be returned

• No refunds will be issued for these products once production has started

We strongly recommend checking all measurements carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for return (standard products only)

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in original condition

• in its original packaging

• with proof of purchase

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return costs

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:
office@dominokarnis.hu

Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Customers are required to inspect the package before accepting delivery. If any damage is observed, the shipment must not be accepted and the customer should contact us immediately. Shipping insurance claims may be filed in the case of damaged packages.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way is:

1. Return the eligible item

2. Place a new order

EU 14-day cooling-off period

For standard (non-custom) products shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to custom-made products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• refunds are issued to the original payment method

• processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
